American Specialty Health Networks, Inc. (ASH Networks) is the nation's leading specialty benefits organization for complementary health care and is creating a lifestyle and wellness initiative. We are expanding our focus on fitness and wellness with the continued development of a network of fitness clubs and personal trainers throughout the nation. ASH Networks has been a benchmark in the creation of benefit plans others have not begun thinking to offer yet. ASH Networks continues to strive to stay one step in front of the others to offer more options, benefits and opportunities to our health plan and employer group clients.

These pages contain everything you need to become a Contracted Club with ASH Networks. You will find the Application, Agreement, and instructions for the items you need to return.
