In accordance with New Jersey state requirements, new and/or revised policies affecting practitioners in the state of New Jersey are posted publicly for 30 days prior to the effective date of the policies.

There are currently three (3) new and/or revised New Jersey policies to review.

• Clinical Services Management Program – New Jersey (NJ UM 1 Revision 5)
• Clinical Services Evaluation – New Jersey (NJ UM 2 Revision 4)
• Member Appeals and Grievances – New Jersey (NJ UM 4 Revision 6)
